OG Socials Terms of Use

Using the service

OG Socials is a paid content-creation, scheduling and connected-account management service operated by Robert J Johnston trading as OG-web.site. You may use it only for accounts, businesses and media that you own or are authorised to manage.

Your responsibilities

Review and approve content before publication and keep connected-account access secure.
Respect copyright, privacy, advertising, consumer-protection and platform rules.
Do not use OG Socials for spam, impersonation, deception, unlawful surveillance, unauthorised access or harmful activity.
Provide accurate account and billing information and promptly report suspected unauthorised use.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Features, usage limits, billing frequency, taxes and the total price are shown before purchase. A recurring plan renews until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

Connected platforms

Meta and other external providers are separate services. Their availability, limits, policies, reviews and decisions are outside OG Socials' control. A prepared or locally scheduled item is not proof that a provider accepted or published it. You remain responsible for the accounts you connect and the permissions you grant.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a secure and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, OG-web.site is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised credentials, third-party platform decisions, unlawful user content or content published without appropriate review. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Ending access and changes

Access may be restricted where payment fails, the service is misused or continued access would breach law or a provider policy. Material changes to these terms will be published here. Contact og@og-web.site if you need help with your plan or account.
